These terms govern your use of resumevalley.com and app.resumevalley.com (“Resume Valley”). By using the site you agree to them.

The service

Resume Valley provides AI-assisted career tools (some free, some paid), professionally written career documents, LinkedIn content services, and related portals for employers and partners. Paid services are described on their order pages; what you see at checkout is what you get.

Your account

Keep your login credentials private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization portals (employer, partner) are managed by the organization’s administrators.

Your content

You own the resumes, cover letters, and other career content you create with Resume Valley — including documents our writers or AI produce for you once delivered. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, and deliver that content back to you. Don’t submit content you have no right to use.

AI-generated output

AI output can contain mistakes. Review every document before you send it to an employer. Resume Valley does not guarantee interviews, offers, or any specific job-search outcome.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled — you can cancel any time from the Billing page and keep access through the paid period. For refund requests on one-time services, contact hello@resumevalley.com within 14 days of purchase; requests are reviewed case by case before work is delivered.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no scraping, no attempting to access other users’ data, no using the tools to generate unlawful or deceptive content, and no reselling the service outside an authorized partner agreement.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
